Board of Directors Absentee Ballot

Please fill out and return the ballot at the link below by Wednesday, May 8 to the Plymouth Historical Museum in a sealed envelope, labeled as an absentee ballot for the election. Ballots received after 3:30 pm on this date will not be counted. You must be an active member of the Friends of the Plymouth Historical Museum to vote in this election.

Please circle no more than FOUR (4) names. The four nominees with the most votes will join the Board for a three-year term.

Do not select more than 4 names or your ballot will be disqualified.
