Plymouth Living History Troupe

The Plymouth Living History Troupe is a group of like-minded individuals who come together as needed to support fundraising events for the Plymouth Historical Museum. For the most part, the individuals are Civil War reenactors that enjoy expanding their historical knowledge and sharing that knowledge with others. And they love to get dressed up in clothing of by-gone eras!

We have been building our base of living history enthusiasts for several years through our ghost walks, educational programs, and history camps. In 2014, we decided to give the idea a name and call it the "Plymouth Living History Troupe." Not surprisingly, those already helping us out at our various living history events jumped on board enthusiastically and signed up eagerly when presented with fun living history opportunities. Since this is a volunteer commitment, we always understand when "real life" expectations get in the way of our fun!

It's 2016 now and the "Troupe" is in high gear. Here's a sampling of its activities:
