The Plymouth Historical Museum is a private, 501(c)(3) charitable organization. It does not receive any government funds and continues to thrive through generous donations from the community, membership dues, and admission receipts. There are many ways that you can support the Plymouth Historical Museum.
The Museum has seven part-time staff members and a cadre of volunteers to run a 26,000 square foot building. Utilities expenses are near $30,000 per year. Money is always appreciated to help keep the doors open so visitors can experience Plymouth community history.

Any person interested in promoting the purposes of the Friends of the Plymouth Historical Museum is eligible for membership.
